Currency
All rates are in Euros.

Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation with voucher and instructions will be provided once youmake the booking.
If for any reason you do not receive confirmation please contact us.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy is used in order to avoid non show customers. Please note that all modifications or cancellations should be made from E-mail.
Full Refund: if cancelled up to 48 hours before of the agreed date and time.
No Refund: if cancelled within the last 24 hours before the arrival date. (Refund processing fees will be deducted from the amount)
Non Show: In case of non show the booking is non refundable

Meeting Point & Time
Please follow the instructions on your voucher or confirmation E-mail.
In case of not being able to find the driver at the meeting point, please contact the us.

Important
You are responsible for checking the details on the voucher or confirmation E-mail. We
will not be held responsible if the information isn’t valid. If it is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.
No responsibility for costs is to be refunded to any client if he doesn’t wait at the meeting point and take another form of transportation. Please make sure you give us your arrival times and day and the flight number.

Payment security: All card payments are processed through ePos Paycenter of Winbank electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol.

PRICES

1. All prices are inclusive of (VAT). Prices include fuel and vehicle fees, the chauffeurs’ remuneration and legal liability insurance for all passengers.
2. Prices quoted for all Transfers are in Euros.
